Return Eligibility
RingerRinger™ products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original components and packaging
Products that show signs of use, wear, or incomplete sets may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if the item arrived damaged or incomplete
We’ll respond with next steps as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll work with you to resolve it without additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue promptly.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order once available.

RingerRinger™ is a modular system designed to evolve. Product availability may change as the game grows, and not all configurations may be available at all times.
