RingerRinger™ Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on your location and carrier timelines.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
We currently offer two flat-rate shipping options within the continental United States:

• Economy Shipping – $19.90
  Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days after fulfillment.
• Standard Shipping – $29.90
  Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

All orders ship from North Carolina. Delivery times may vary based on destination, with East Coast shipments typically arriving sooner. Customers farther from our shipping location who would like faster delivery should consider selecting Standard Shipping at checkout.

Our goal is to keep shipping simple, transparent, and consistent while ensuring your RingerRinger™ order arrives safely and ready for play.

Pre-Orders
If your purchase includes a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Any in-stock items may ship separately at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
